At the end I only wished it was longer. Amazing. So simple. So beautiful, emotional and kinda... important. Love these guys who do what they love with such pride. Just want to hug them. No not really, but almost.

To me it's alike an annoying spam-filter that just cluster my Buzz-inbox. I click on it once in a while - but only in order to empty it. Never look. I'm too curious to delete it entirely though - you never know when/if something will emerge. Today I did click - and looked, and found these wonderful pictures.

This is so unbelievably good

I have no idea who the people are talking about each subject, but they're obviously experts in their fields. And absolutely hammered while doing it. They then recreate the story with a famous actor in each one (they're plenty of good ones out there - plenty - I want to post all of them. But I won't). It's so simple. Great and unbelievably great. Love it.

Not doing it doesn't make you better

Hence the blistering sun it was a while ago since I last went for a swim. It is so friggin nice outside all you want to do is escape indoors and run run run.

But today I decided that over-body muscles don't build themselves. So I went. And nearly drowned. It's true you don't get better by not doing it.

I also excused myself with the I'll-go-for-an-intense-25min-swim-instead-of-a-longer(-but-also-slower)-40min-one. It is by far worst thing I know. The lazy man's excuses for feeling good about not doing enough.

I almost repulse myself. Almost.
