It is never ok to post status updates about your regular (or irregular – as most people like other people to think) about their training routines, lactic acid, and pumping muscles that are “really tired now after gruel workout – but I feel Tony The Tiger – Grrrrreat!”
And all you want to do is execute them. Right there and then; send a link that destroys them. Kaboom.
It’s usually your average gym-Joe posting this crap, but more frequently your bloated friend has started. For them it seems ok to do. They’re even encouraged. “You go, girl!” (yeah, it’s usually girls that are up to this nonsense) comments scream and support them to carry on. Sad thing is how little change happening on these people. Might be because you should avoid gluttony when you come home. Sadly/luckily, for them, no one comments on this behavior.
