Woke up 6.27 (that's my everyday time to go up). Contemplated in bed for a while, thought of the impending Race on Sunday and of all the advices I've been given "don't run at least for two days prior to race day", and quickly snoozed before I got to awake from all the thinking.
This went on until 8.03. Then I got up. Without stretching my legs or doing my workout. Thing is, Race is the day after Denmark-Sweden, in the perhaps biggest football battle in history of time. This usually involves beer. Meaning: probably won't even run on Sunday after all. Meaning: all this "preparing" is futile.
What I did is part of the thing I hate the most. I made excuses. There's nothing worse. Need to get into shape and obtain the discipline of Arnold.
