When I was a kid I used to do a lot of whatever I wasn’t supposed to.
An always-reliable favorite was the innocent prank calls.
Order taxis’ to random addresses, and to add extra spice to our hoax, we crossed restricted backyards to reach the address.
And then from behind a car, we watched them wait for the customer that never showed up, giggling to ourselves how ridiculous they must feel sitting there, alone, waiting for absolutely nothing to happen.
